Banner Advertising

Pointintime provides online advertisement in the form of a graphic image on Pointintime web page that links to a location of the advertiser's choice (example the advertisers' website or promotional page, etc.). The banner should be in GIF, JPEG or SWF format.

How does banner advertising work?

A scrolling banner advertisement will be displayed on our site where interested surfers can then click on the banner. They are then transferred or linked to your company's website or webpage where they can find out more or make a purchase.

Can I choose where my banner advertisement appears on the site?

All advertisements will appear on the right side of the scrolling Advertisement Space. It is not possible to choose whether your advertisement appears in the first, second, or third position/placement within the Advertisement Space as it is continuously scrolling.

SMS Advertising

With Pointintime SMS, you can now send short messages to your customers conveniently and base on selected event categories. This model allows you to send short messages to your target recipients easily, regardless of their mobile phone operators.

In addition to meeting the need of having an efficient communication and marketing solution, Pointintime SMS is also an extremely cost effective service without the need of any infrastructure investment on your part. Interested advertiser can create your own SMS Advertisement in minutes.

Do I have to pay for SMS Advertisements? How much do they cost?

Yes, there are costs associated with SMS Advertisement.

You can estimate the cost as you create your advertisement based on the total number of SMS’s capping limit per advertisement. To estimate your SMS advertising cost, just enter your desired SMS into the “SMS Advertisement” field and proceed to the last step of SMS Advertisement Creation. (You do not have to enter any payment information until the next step, so you can do this without purchasing an advertisement). The actual cost for your sms advertisement will be displayed and you can then decide if you wish to proceed with the purchase of the advertisement.

The amount that you are charged will never exceed your budget.

How do I keep track of how many SMS’s sent for each of my SMS ADVERTISEMENT CAMPAIGN?

Within your SMS Advertising campaign, we keep track of the SMS count for each of your campaign. Depending on the volume of SMS events initiated, the system will automatically prioritise or distribute the SMS sent for each campaign.

Can I edit my SMS advertisement once it has been created?

After an SMS advertisement has been created, you can make changes to the wordings for your advertisement. If you wish to change the category of your SMS advertisement, you will need to re-select the category meeting the correct criteria.

Supplier Directory Inclusion

With Pointintime Supplier Directory, you can now target your customers conveniently by classifying yourself or your product under the relevant business category that allows any Pointintime user or visitor to search for suppliers providing products or services relevant to an event that you have advertised/posted.

As an advertiser of Supplier Directory, you may highlight the products or services offered and include web page links to a location of the advertiser's choice (example the advertisers' website or promotional page, etc.).

Can I get refund for my Advertisement?

As stated in our Advertising Terms and Conditions, we do not guarantee any foreign currency conversion rate(s) (if applicable) or results from your placement of advertisements in PointinTime; and do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with advertising results.

What are my payment options?

Currently, credit cards and co-branded debit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) are the only accepted method of payment for advertisements. We do not offer any invoicing as a payment options for advertisements.
